Sticky toffee pudding inspired cookie spiced with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg, studded with pieces of date and mylk chocolate buttons. These cookies are stuffed with a homemade salted coconut cream caramel and biscoff spread. They are then topped with a gold lustre fondant heart.
